Alan Harnett

Sculptor and tutor of stone, Pounamu, bone, and shell.
I have been carving for 15 years. My tutors were Clem Mellish, Norm Clark, Brian Flintoff, and my mentor Don Whiteman. I was awarded a Diploma in Jade and Hardstone Carving in 2001 at Greymouth. I receive inspiration from my culture, nature and simple forms.
