The Local Arts Funding Scheme for Palmerston North

The Creative Communities New Zealand (CCNZ) scheme is a partnership between Creative New Zealand and local authorities. The purpose of the scheme is to increase participation in the arts at a local level, and increase the range and diversity of arts available to communities.

Community Arts Palmerston North distributes Creative Communities New Zealand funding on behalf of Creative New Zealand and the Palmerston North City Council on a bi-annual basis.Grants of up to $2000 are available from our Scheme.

The Creative Communities Funding scheme administered by the Palmerston North City Council makes grants of between $2000 and  $5000. They are distributed by the Palmerston North City Council, who also hold two funding rounds per year.

Applications for the next round open on 19th March 2012 and close on 30th April 2012
