Art Trail 2020

2020 ART TRAIL UPDATE

We are now counting down to the 2020 Art Trail on November 14th and 15th. We have close to 90 individual artists participating this year, with 22 artists housed at Caccia Birch alone.

The Square Edge team are working hard on the promotional build up. This has been kicked off with a beautiful article about the 2020 art trail, written for us by Carly Thomas, in the latest edition of Palmy Proud. We have also been pulling together The Artists magazine – an intimate showcase of our 2020 participating artists. This online publication is almost complete and will be launched over the next few weeks, along with our new Square Edge and Art Trail website. The trail guide book is now also at design stage and advertising boards are underway. The online art trail artists profiles, videos and works for sale will not go live on the website until the art trail weekend.

Our art trail artists professional development workshop series begins on September 11th. We have one or two places remaining on 2 of the workshops. Please email Kayla: reception@ca.org.nz to enquire. If you have booked in to one of the workshops- further information on venue, time, day and what to expect will be coming out soon.

The Trail Mix exhibition opening will take place the weekend before this year’s trail – Friday November 6th at 5.30pm. We will be in touch with all participating artists over the next few weeks to provide further information on the exhibition and the art trail weekend.
