Rom is the Founder of two art movements: Farbism and Prealism. Prealism liberates the artist from their own ego through a process of kenosis (emptying of the self) allowing pictures to emerge from their own inherent potential. Rom is also an author of art books including ‘Secrets of the Artists’ (available from the Square Edge shop) and a Member of the New Zealand Society of Authors.
