About

Working with primarily with oils, Sam’s creative work generally starts by looking past the human activity covering everything, until she finds a piece of nature that draws her in. The subject could be as small as a feather, or the connecting shapes of hills, sea or sky. Imagined environments and stylised landscapes usually unfold as Sam gets lost in the colour and curves of a work. Sam is thrilled to be exhibiting again at Foibles and Mania Gallery, Feilding with Fiona Graham and Belinda Howard.
