EVELYN RAWLINS ROOM

The ERR may be hired either casually or longer term. The rate for room hire only is $15 per hour including GST.

It is available for classes, performances and meetings and can hold up to 100 people. The Grotian grand piano, owned by local concert group Musica Viva can be hired. Rehearsal cost of using the piano is $22 per hour. Kitchen facilities are available.

FX2 (EFFECTS SQUARED) THEATRE

This small theatre with seating for up to 36 people is equipped with high specification screen and sound system. It has a small stage, stage lighting and internet connection. Technical specifications are available on request.

Room only : $15 per hour

Artistic and Community Groups:

Full theatre hire: $35 per hour

Commercial Groups and Organisations:

Full theatre hire: $87 per hour

THE LOFT DANCE STUDIO

The Loft has mirrored walls and a 9 x14 metre wooden dance floor and it is equipped with heating/cooling pumps and a sound system. Changing room and kitchen facilities available.

Room rate : $15 per hour

GROUND FLOOR EXHIBITION SPACE

The Ground Floor exhibition space is adjacent to both Café Royale and the Theatre and is a flexible use space for anything from art exhibitions, group shows, markets, events.  Talk to the team to find out if this space will suit your needs.
