Widely regarded as the best dance rehearsal space in the city, the rehearsal studio is a beautiful space to practice, teach, run classes and rehearsals, performing arts, or do a workshop.
Included in the hire of the place is access to a small sound system.
This space is not suitable for events.

Workshop Space
Ground Floor
The Workshop Space is an active community making space, with a kitchen and bathroom. It is suitable for running workshops, event openings and functions.
Please note: we do not allow “messy” art in this space, i.e. paint, ink, glue etc.
Capacity: 10 - 15 seated at tables. 20-25 loose seating (no tables)

FX Theatre
Ground Floor
The FX theatre is a small intimate space perfect to host film screenings, workshops, seminars, live performances, meetings, and rehearsals.
The hire rate includes use of the projector.
Capacity: 21 seated theatre style

Creative Space
Level 1
The Creative Space is an active community making space, with a kitchen and bathroom. It is suitable for running workshops, messy art making and meetings.
Capacity: 15 – 20 seated at tables or 30-40 loose seating (no tables)

Evelyn Rawlins Room
Level 1
The Evelyn Rawlins Room is the original City Council Chamber. This is a stunning and elegant space with beautiful decor, natural light and brilliant acoustics.
Great for workshops, orchestra rehearsals, piano concerts, yoga, conferences/meetings and team building activities.
