Rosemary Mead-White discovered painting again when she moved to Marton and joined the Marton Arts & Crafts Centre (where her paintings will be on display). She currently works in watercolour but feels she is still developing in terms of medium and subject. Rosemary is interested in representing scenery, old barns, rustic images, and portraits. In November 2022, she won “Overall First Place Winner” in the “Douglas MacDiarmid Art Competition” which was a real boost to her confidence. She loves painting at the centre alongside other artists where they share ideas and friendship.
