Originally from the Kapiti Coast, Sam works from her studio in the Rangitikei – her work will be showing at the Marton Arts & Crafts Centre for 2023. Sam’s art practice began in 2009, her work primarily focuses on stylised and imagined landscapes painted in oil, the work has evolved into a meditative process, an escape, and a deeper connection with the natural world.
