Based in the Rangitikei for 12 years, Sharon finds much inspiration close to home, and from her travels around NZ. Anything from found natural objects to landscapes create the sparks for new work.

Within Sharon’s exploration of watercolour and acrylics, her landscapes become moody and ethereal, an expression of the world around her.

By contrast her mixed media works are a bold and distinctive exploration of shape, colour, line and texture, each with their own story to tell.
