Former Yugoslav radiologist , Dr Stanica Dulovic, never had time for art until she immigrated to New Zealand in 1995 in her forties. Her artistic talent, exspecially for portraits was recognised by people at Square edge art centre in Palmerston North. Her 1st solo exibition “People and Other things” was hold in 1996 at the Square edge Creative art centre followed by 2nd solo exibition at the same place in 1997. She became a member of the artist group Studio on the Square in 2017. From that to present she attended several workshops held by a several known NZ Palmerston North artists Philip Holmes, Naga Tsutsumi and Dennis Greenwood. During this period she developed a mixed media technique and an impulsive spontaneous experimental way of painting. She exhibit her work together with other artists at the Square edge in 2020 and 2021. She was a finalist in an Art battle competition hold in Palmerston North in April 2021. Her Last solo exhibition “Riversdale beach seria I” was held in 2022. She entered twice NZ Portrait exibition in Wellington. Some of her paintings are in Holand, Hungary, Yapan, Australia and Canada.
