Tim was very good at making faces in class. He has received awards and scholarships for making faces, and has inspired others to make faces in his classes.

He aims at turning dreams into realities with a process of discovery, contemplation, transformation, and seeing relationships. He draws upon all experiences and perspectives; from being a paratrooper, to teaching in a classroom Tim earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Northern Iowa in 1987.
